There are racing game, which some run on PC’s and some on other game platforms like XBOX, or PlayStation PS2/PS3, I am reviewing the games without the classification of which platform they are running on, since the games are the same, only the way we play and on what we play are different. I prefer the PC platform for racing games, but it is only my opinion, some might find the game pads of a PlayStation more suitable for racing games.

I described the racing games I enjoyed much lately, as I love racing games, both racing cars and motorcycles. So here are some of my recommendations:

• GRID – This is a great racing game, with quality graphics, and amazing realistic feel. The game will give your blood a good rush, as you drive powerful race cars. You race through racing events, from drifting, to circuit runs and into street racing competitions. The racing cars include prestigious cars like Aston Martin, Koenigsegg, Pegani and others. Races go through different cities and view, among them are San Francisco, Washington DC, Detroit where you can boost your V8 muscle cars to their limits. This game is very enjoyable and will take much of your time if you choose to get behind the wheels of this game’s cars. Night races are a bit tricky as the colors and lights get you confused, so stay focus and you might finish the race in the first place 

• Need for speed – (Most Wanted, Underground, Undercover, Shift) – Need for Speed was always one of my favorite racing games behind the wheel of a car. The game play inspires you to start blazing across streets following the storyline, and beat anyone at any race. The graphics are amazingly great, the drifting against your joystick/game-pad feels real, as you cut corners with screeching tires. There where need for speed games that included police chases, with road blocks and much excitement as they try to close on your amazingly fast car. These games feel like the real thing, like you are the racing driver from hell who goes wild everywhere and beat everyone, while keeping your cool. I guarantee that you will enjoy the “Need for Speed” game series immensely, give it a try, you won’t regret it, they are just getting better and better.

• DIRT 2 – DIRT is one of the most enjoyable games for those of you who like to get off road to race uncharted dirt roads, and blaze through corners as your rear end is sliding like crazy to keep up with your fearsome driving. You can easily do corner drifting since the roads are slippery, and dirt is just sliding under your speeding wheels. You will feel as if you are on the dirt roads, raising huge clouds of dirt behind you as you fight your way to beat the clock, and your opponents. Anyone who like off road driving will love this game, much thrill as you try to ride those slippery dirt roads at crazy speeds.

• MOTOGP 08 – This is a great racing game for motorcycle fans. This game has great graphics, great views and roads, while you go across different roads, tracks and racing grounds. The handling is pretty amazing, as you get your bike sideways while blazing through corners to go pass your opponents and come first. You can feel the speed, and it almost feels real. You can choose to race 125cc and 250cc or just crazy with the MOTOGP class as you blaze at crazy speeds along the race tracks.

• Colin McRae Rally 04 – This game is one of the best dirt rally racing. The realism is amazing, the driving feel is great, as you blaze through rally terrain and roads, trying to beat the clock and come ahead of your opponents who do exactly the same. The hardest tracks are those roads that go through forests, as you blaze in great speed across the roads, if you miss your breaking point, getting close and collide into a tree is almost can’t be avoided, unless you got lucky . Since you’re playing against the clock, you just have to try and drive on the edge, as you use your whole focus on doing any corner at the highest speed; sometimes it is not as easy as it looks. Even with those last remarks, the game is amazing, and very enjoyable. The graphics are so real you might think you’re feeling the gravel go into your shirt and burn holes in your body. I recommend this game, for anyone who wants to feel the thrill of a fast dangerous racing drive.

• SBK-09 Superbike World Championship – The SBK (Super Bike) series are a great way to enjoy a good motorcycle racing game. This racing game is suitable both novices and experienced racers. You can crank the bike, to improve its abilities and performance as you race through the circuits. The graphics are great, realism is not too bad. The game is impressing but doesn’t go over the roof 

• Gran Turismo 4 – (PS2) – This game is one of the most played racing games for the PlayStation PS2. This game has been using race tracks realism. The race tracks you are using on the game where taken piece by piece from the real racing tracks around the world. This GT4 game, has great feel, and realism (I said that already) as you play the game because it was designed to simulate real race tracks, real race cars, and give the effect the race drivers go through, this game is as close to the real thing, there wasn’t any other computer racing game that achieved such accuracy in race game simulation. In case you had the chance of driving a car through the German racing track – the “Nürburgring”, then you will find that every road sketch that is placed on that racing track is showing on the race track on the PS2 GT4 game. That is amazing.

Most of us (if not all) where playing soldiers when we were kids,

running and aiming our fingers at each other shouting that those we aimed at, are dead . Well now we have computer games, and shooting games are a big part of those games. We can join a battlefield as a soldier, and join the fights as we assist in shooting everywhere, aiming at the enemy and taking him out of commission. The computer games today enable you to almost feel as if you are really on the battlefield, and fighting either alone (stealth stalking) or just with your army unit, as you all storm the enemy’s bunkers and win the war.

There are online shooting games and regular games you can play on your PC, laptop, PS2/3, XBOX etc… Those last mentioned games are full of high graphics, fast reactions, and realism to enable you to feel as if you are there, as if the ground is real as you walk/run on it, the enemy looks like a real human being, a real enemy soldier, and when you fire at him, he really gets hurt, there is blood coming out of his wound, and he really dies.

The online shooting games has less graphic qualities, due to different reasons, but mostly it is about internet speed, since the game is played online, any heavy information that needs to pass from the server we are playing on, to our home computer, will affect how fast and how smooth the game will perform, and that will affect our enjoyment from the game.

There are many types of games and mostly use a keyboard and a mouse to play them.
There are some games that are better played using a PC controller. The controllers as an example are joystick, gamepads, wheels, Pedals, etc… There are games like flight simulators who require cockpit equipment like joysticks, or flight sticks, pedals, throttle, etc… In case you like more to drive fast on car/bike race simulators, then you can use a joystick, or a gamepad or a wheel and pedals to be able to simulate in full the car driving experience.

The virtual reality games, require you to wear some computer wires, in order for you to feel as if you are really within the game, and part of it, so there are somebody pads, gloves, etc… that you can wear and the computer can know where you are against the game being played, and what actions you do, and transfer them into the game. Even though those kinds of games are not yet in our home computers, they will probably get there eventually, and even for them, there is suitable equipment.

There are so many types of gamepads out there, that I have no intention
of listing them all. But I will let you get a glimpse of what is out there, and you will be able to search yourself for the gamepad that suits you best.

Remark: I have to say this since I sometimes prefer using the keyboard and mouse for certain games, that might be played better with gamepads or joysticks, but still it is a matter of taste, all you need to do is just try it out, and see if it suits you.

When you love playing flight simulators, one of the most thrilling parts, other than amazing graphics and excellent performances, are the tools you are playing with. Since it is a simulator, you actually visualize yourself sitting in the cockpit (fighter plane, commercial airliner or a chopper) holding the stick and do amazing things, kill the enemy or just be able to lift off, and land again safely. So, to be able to visualize it better, you need the fitting controllers in your hands and for that, you have many different types of controllers to choose from and you can find those devices that will connect to your computer, and fit to the game you like to play, this will change the game experience for you, guaranteed.

There are racing games and most of them simulate the driving of a car to perfection, so all that you miss from the game experience are the actual hits, the slides through the turns, G forces, drifts etc…. you can see the car doing amazing tricks, and know that they will affect you in such a way, but it is in your mind, and you can’t really feel it on your body. To be able to visualize it better, there are computer controllers, joystick, wheels, pedals that can give you the thrill of holding the wheel while you go crazy around the track and you can also choose those with “Force-Feedback” that can give you resistance and trembling while you drive, so you might have a feel of the ground shaking under the wheels. Again, there are many options out there, just check, maybe try it out before you buy, purchase it, and enjoy the real simulation experience of playing those games.

We can choose a game controller or we can just stick to a keyboard and a mouse, and still enjoy the games immensely as the games improve performance and graphics, so we can enjoy an almost real like effects of playing the games. Computer game graphics are getting seriously close to becoming almost like video, the characters and views are so real, you almost get the feeling you’re out there, and it is the real-world.

Everyone loves games, we used to play games when we were young, and we still wouldn’t say no to a nice game. We might like playing games with friends, having some fun playing poker, pool, going bowling, etc… We might just want to enjoy a nice computer game, either just a simple card game online, or a computer game with much violence, blood, and action. Maybe just play an adventure computer game, where you have to follow the clues to solve the quest, maybe find the treasure, or save the princess 🙂

There are many types of games out there and they are basically divided into 5 types of computer games:

1. Strategic games
2. First-person shooters
3. Third-person views
4. Racing games
5. Sport games

1. Strategic games
Games like Red Alert, WarCraft, Command & Conquer, Sim-City, Farmville (online), Ikariam (online), etc… These types of strategy games require planning, patience, calculated moves, and caution. When we were kids there used to be adventure games, where you had to solve problems in order to continue on your quest, at first it was followed with text and pictures (you had to visualize the rest in your mind) today you get to move your player through the mazes, through the obstacles, fight enemies who try to prevent you from continuing on your quest, and would prefer better to kill you unless you kill them first.

Giving an example is like when you play “IKARIAM“, you are building a city, then buildings a storage building to store all of the minerals you collect by working in the minds (if it’s a Mine island) and chop woods at the quarry. Each Island has its own minerals and you need to at least get a city at 4 different Island to achieve the 4 types of minerals you can collect. Those minerals are needed for different types of buildings, like the scholars who study new technologies, so you could build newer and stronger war machines, armor, weapons, etc… The process of collecting the minerals, waiting for a building to finish, takes time, so you need to be patient, while you also need to be cautious against other city players who want to loot your minerals (faster than collecting them). So you need to plan, develop and maintain the balance between building, guarding and money collection since everything like in life costs money, like sending soldiers, or war ships, buying trading ships, etc…

2. First-person shooters
Games like: Call of duty, Crysis, S.T.A.L.K.E.R, Left 4 dead, Half-life 2 and of course many more. Those are the most common games, which are enjoyable, and of course who wouldn’t want to become an excellent soldier, walking through the battlefield without getting hurt for real, just kill the enemy and win the war. These are games from a first-person view called first-person shooters, which resembles as if you are playing and it gives a sense of experience that enable you to simulate as if you are the one making all of the shooting.

An example of such a game is if we look at Crysis, there is a unit with special suits that enable special abilities, that is sent to recon a high situation at an island only to reveal there are aliens forces on that island. During the mission, you fight against local Korean enemy forces, and then the aliens as they reveal themselves using your suitability to cloak, move quickly, jump high and shield you. You can also find equipment to improve your weapons and of course new types of weapons to choose from. This is a high action fighting game, who uses strategy, stealth, and many flying bullets :).

3. Third-person views

Games like: Tomb Raider, Resident Evil 4, Grand theft auto, Gear of wars, MDK, Star Wars: Battlefront, Assasins creed, etc…
Third-person shooter (TPS or 3PS) are games where you can see the player from a distance, at different perspective angels. These third-person shooter games enable you to be the puppeteer by controlling your player from afar, moving him, make him fight, shoot, run, jump and climb things, in short just do whatever you desire in order to continue on your mission, and avoid or pass through obstacles, maybe shoot your way through.

A good example would be, if we look at Lara Croft in the Tomb Raider game series, she is sexy but vicious, she can do almost anything like swimming, jumping, riding bikes, shooting pistols, guns, shut guns, and all that while using acrobatic performance. She is a treasure hunter, like Indiana Jones if you favored the movie series only she is a female. She has an amazing body figure and she uses technology, fitness tricks, and accurate shooting to pass through the obstacles she encounters in order to achieve her goal, and finish her mission.

4. Racing games

Games like: Test drive, Gran Turismo, MotoGP, Need for speed, Burnout paradise, Race driver – GRID, Motor-storm, Motor-Sport, etc…

These racing game simulators, enable you to feel as if you are the racing driver of your dreams as you join those racing drivers on the grid, and take part of trying to beat them while driving at blazing speeds, trying to make the turns perfectly without being thrown out of the track.

There is much excitement in these games, who wouldn’t want to feel the need for speed, with the comfort of being safe at home? without risking everything by doing a small mistake that could cost you !!! These games enable you to feel as if your there, behind the wheel or the handlebars of a sportbike/dirt bike, and just blaze away at high ridiculous speeds, without the fear of getting hurt. You might crash, but it is only a game, so you won’t really get hurt (not really) 🙂

5. Sport games
Games like: Virtua tennis, NBA 2K10,  NHL 2K10, FIFA 10 Soccer, PES (Pro Evolution Soccer) 2010, Vancouver 2010 Winter Games, etc…
These games enable you to be the sport professional as you might have dreamt. You can join the team and play while feeling you’re at the top of the world, playing with the best, if its individually as a tennis player or as a team player in soccer, basketball, baseball, and any other group sport you might think of, there is a game for it.

You might just enjoy skiing against the best, in winter games, or swim quickly at the Olympics, no matter what type of a sporting dream you might have had, you can fulfill it by playing your desired sport game, without sport injury, without even breaking sweat (even though you might sweat during the game as the stress of beating others dominate you).
There are many great sports games out there, with amazing graphics, so you could feel as if your there, playing others who look almost real enough to believe you really among them, as real as it gets.

There are so many games out there and I had the pleasure of playing many of them. I thought of placing some of them here on a list. These games are great enjoying games, that you can play for hours, try them, you won’t be disappointed.

Anyone who likes a good war game, with lots of bullets flying all over the place will enjoy these ones:

Call of duty: One of the best war games I have played, with great graphics and great game play. Many action scenes and thrilled like war simulations exactly like in real life. Some of the battles are from real battles that took place in real life. This a really good game for those who like first man shooting, and guided action assignments. Most of the game play is during the “World War II” time frame, but some are from other wars like the Japanese kamikaze fighter planes, as you participate in the same action missions as the soldiers who fought at that time.

Medal of honor: This is another great war game, almost as good as call of duty, even though it is a bit less in graphics, the game play is great as the call of duty series. This game is as the other one full of great battles, great missions, a very enjoyable game.

Anyone who likes a good fight, some magic, and lots of actions, might enjoy these games:

Star wars: If you enjoyed the movies of Star Wars, you will enjoy these games very much, as you take missions as a Jedi knight, you battle with a light saver, and you see graphics and game play that has improved since the first game in the series was published. You will enjoy a game play that follows the plot, and has many assignments and missions, where you can use your “Force” (The Force),  doing mind tricks on your opponents and through them away with a point of your hand using the force power and of course your light saver. This is a very enjoyable series, that has many action and fun scenes.

Sniper elite: This is a great game for those of you who like to crawl silently near your enemies and place one killing bullet into their heads, or heart. This game includes a bullet flight when you are doing a killing shot, as the code of the snipers is “One bullet One Kill” :). The game play is pretty easy to handle once you get used to the keys, you can crawl, climb stairs and use high ground windows and climb almost anywhere that might give you the edge to finish your enemies without detection.

Command & Conquer: This one is one of the coolest C&C (Command & Control over armies) game series, which your enabled to create great army forces and move them over to the enemy territory to fight against enemy forces, and conquer their cities while eliminating their resistance forces. This is a very fun action like game, where you can be in control and make the decisions over the fights.

Grand Theft Auto: This game is for those of you who like to wonder around anywhere and everywhere in the game without limitation, drive anything you want, hit anyone you want and shoot anyone if you like to. This game just lets you have it all, with cartoon like graphics (although it is in a very good quality). The fact that you can do whatever you want anywhere is thrilling, and push you into becoming the gangster you’re supposed to be 🙂 , I am sure that you will enjoy this game.

Prince of Persia: I found that the prince of Persia games are very enjoyable, with real fighting action fights, acrobatic moves and magic. These are very enjoyable games as you follow the plot, and try to save the kingdom, the girl and of course fight evil :). The game play is great and the sword fighting is enjoyable, while you move from scene to scene, from scenery to scenery, and watch those amazing views and cities all around you as you pass through them.

Those who like to race cars, and just do not have the budget to buy their own race car, you might want to try these games, and feel the thrill of driving really fast:

Need for speed: These racing cars series are much fun, and anyone who like racing, will enjoy these racing simulations. These games have improved along the years from good graphic and realism car simulating racing games to amazing graphic and almost as real as it gets racing games. They are much fun, the cars react as if you would while driving a real car, and of course you get to remain safe and in good health if by chance you crash your car :). You have to try these games, you will enjoy them.

Motor-cross madness – These games are a really fun motorcycle game for those who like dirt bikes and ride along hills and dirt while performing great acrobatic maneuvers. The game play let you ride anywhere, choose whatever road you want to, as if you’re in the wild running your motorcycle and choosing where you feel like going.

DIRT – This game is amazing, this is a dirt car race game (like the Rally races) and the amazing part is the graphic is superb and the game play is almost as real as it gets, you can drift your car, and enjoy tight cornering. This game is much fun, and of course if you won’t take the corner well, you will find yourself crashing and rolling your car all over the place.

18 Wheels of steel – If you always dreamt of being a truck driver for a huge 18 wheels truck, and crossing all over America, transferring different shipments, driving along real roads, using maps and navigation systems, trading for improving your ride and replace it with a better faster truck. This game is amazing, let you feel the long roads, with different weathers, and just feel the heavy wheels and smooth ride as you transfer the shipments from destination to destination.

There are so many other good games, I just listed some of them. Look for the games you like, there are many enjoyable games out there and many other new ones are being developed as we speak (read).

Computer games are much fun, so where can we get the information on game news, which games should we buy? There are many websites that contain much information about previous games and new games, those websites have many recommendations and information collection on games that might interest you.

The prices of computer games vary depending upon your location in the world, but I will specify some game sites that enable game prices comparison, which enables you to do your game prices survey (well see the survey that was done for you) and decide where to buy the computer game. Video Game Central – This is another good computer game collection for online purchasing. This website divides the games into categories, and different types of platforms (PS2, PS3, PC, WII, etc…), and that makes it easy to find your most preferred game and of course purchase it online.

There are many learning computerized tools, that enable us to get the education we need from the computer software. There are educational computer games, kids games that teach kids while they are playing the computer. We are in a progressive age, where kids are growing up with the computers, and as the computer has many ways to stimulate kids, as the graphics and sounds generate the kid’s interest, it can be used to teach them and not just let them have fun while playing games.

There are many online games, and there are regular games that can teach us about life, or educational information, like learn mathematics, languages, history while playing games. There are games for kids, that include mathematical questions, as the kid play the computer game asks him how many birds are on the trees, or how many people can cross the river on a boat that has only 3 places, etc… That is just a small example of how we can use games to educate our kids.

There are games like SIMS, that simulate life, and enable us to experience regular life or extreme life situations using a game simulation of life. The “SIMS” series has different versions of life simulations, which include, relationship simulations like placing a man with two ladies as roommates, and see what will happen if a relationship starts with one of the ladies, while you conduct a regular day, of doing house chores and maintenance, going to work, and trying to maintain a relationship and of course a budget. We can try different aspects of the game while simulating what would have happened if we have done it in real life :-).

The kids can get their education from computer games from kids’ games, like finding treasures, finding hidden clues, board games, card games, English learning games for kids and many other games that can teach our kids about almost anything and of course let them learn while having fun.

So, as we can see there are many games that can educate us, while we play, and have fun. This can motivate our children to learn more. As we know not all of the kids want to sit down and learn, some professions do not interest them and what do they love to do? They love to play games, so we can use that to our advantage as they use computer games to learn and have fun :-).

Who doesn’t like to play games?

Since we where little we were playing games, and in this advanced age, the games just passed to the computer, well not completely true, there are still regular games that you can play as you used to, using your hands, moving game pieces, but computer games, well… they are something else.

You can find computer games in many different types, and on different subjects. Computer games on science, science fiction, space flying to space or fight using space ships, detective plots trying to solve unsolved crimes of sort, adventures, races, race simulations where you drive almost any type of vehicle dirt bikes, motorcycles, race cars or even top sport cars that we have today without paying the price they cost , fighting games either in the ring or on martial arts sort of fighting games, flight simulators that enable you to fly a combat jet, helicopter or just simulate that you are the pilot of a commercial airline airplane and your flying passenger around the world. There are computer games that simulate life which enables you to play a person in a family that conduct their day to day life of going to work coming home to eat dinner etc… and just learn how to date women/men or how to live with roommates.

Those kind of games enable us to simulate life, who wouldn’t want to be a fighter pilot and fly assignments, bomb cities, do dog fighting with other enemy fighter planes and all that from the comfort of your home, without getting hurt. Computer games enable that, you can just sit back, turn on your computer, run your favorite game, and enter a character of your choice, and just play, enjoy it and have fun.

Kids have computer games that enable them to study, learn languages, study mathematics or increase their knowledge in different areas, and all that while playing computer games, enjoying the popup characters that talk to them from the computer, teaching them and all that while they are having fun. Who wouldn’t want to learn new things while having fun? we probably will learn much better while we enjoy ourselves.

Computer games are being sold at stores, and you just buy them, install them on your computer and you’re in business, the fun can begin. We can also find free computer games online, there are many websites that enable us to play online games using a web browser. Those websites have so many online games, that you most likely won’t have a problem finding a computer game that you like, and with the quality and the higher speed of the internet today, we can enjoy online games that work smoothly, load faster and let us enjoy the fun and games from anywhere, when all you need is just an internet connection, and you don’t need to install anything to be able to play.

There are many games and many good games, but there are always some which are better than others, even though this is a matter of taste, some likes adventure games, some first man shooters, some like war games, etc…
I am sharing my opinion of the best games I preferred over the years. I played many games and many of them I have finished. I will give you my opinion and why I preferred them over others. This list contains only PC games.

The best first man shooters:

Call Of Duty (series) – The games of call of duty are one of the best first man shooter type of game. the games are leading you along a path, you are guided where to go, and what is the mission, while you are fighting alongside an army force, charging with the platoon you are assigned to, and while you have the freedom to attack the enemy forces along that guided path, there are limitations of where  you can go. Even though there is that limitation of being forced to walk along that path of assignment, the excellent graphics and gameplay is very enjoyable, and you find yourself playing for hours without noticing how time passes and that proves the game is a very good game.

Crysis (series) – This is one of the best games I have ever had a chance to play, the graphics are so good it’s amazing how real graphics can get. The gameplay is fast, accurate and enables futuristic technologies of weapons and cloaking as you play a soldier in an elite unit that has a special advanced suit that has many special abilities and armor. The storyline starts normal and becomes more advanced and science fiction like as the plot progresses. You find yourself playing for hours and hours, from battle to battle, from challenge to challenge as they become harder as the progress of the mission. You can change and improve your weapons assembly, like different scopes and silencers, exploding ammunition and much more. This game is a very enjoyable one, and anyone who likes a first-person shooter will be amazed at how good this game is.

Driving Games (Races):

Need For Speed (series) – These are the best driving games you most definitely will enjoy, the driving simulation is amazing, you can take the car and do with it things that you wouldn’t dare to do on a regular road. The kind of driving techniques that you only see on race tracks or on auto shows you can do on this game and the effects on the cars seems so real, that while you drive your car at a tight 90͘ degree corner to make a fast turn while running away from cops that are trying to bust you, or just to drive faster than your opponents and arrive first to the finish line. The graphics and realism of these driving series are so amazing that if you love driving fast cars, but can’t afford a real one (they are very expensive) you can just enjoy these real simulation games with great graphics and amazing views.

Colin McRae: Dirt (series) – The top best Rally racing game is the Collin McRae Dirt game. This game is amazing, the Rally race drive is so smooth and accurate, you can drift easily around corners. The graphics of the game are truly amazing, the roads and the views are awesome, very real. The most difficult missions are those who are conducted in the forests, if you make a mistake you will find yourself crashing into a tree trunk turning your ride useless. This Rally simulation game is amazing, enjoyable and everyone who likes to drive fast and drift wildly will find this game is a dream.

Wheelman – This one is another excellent, full action driving game. If you like full action racing games with crazy very fast driving, this is the game for you. The game has a storyline that goes along the action-driving scenes. You receive missions, and you just have to show how good you are at driving, while you ride, turn fast corners, drift, and shoot gangsters and other disturbing drivers from blocking your way or preventing you from arriving in your destination on time. You can get into any car, truck or motorcycle that goes near you, and just go blow some steam at this fast-moving game. Anyone who likes to drive fast with a car, bust other cars at high speeds, this game is the game for you. The graphics are pretty good, they just don’t reduce the performance from the game, even though it is a bit drawing kind of graphics, it is still accurate enough to let you believe the environment is real, but don’t worry, while you concentrate on driving very fast you will not have the time to enjoy the view.

Third Person Action Game:

Assassin’s Creed – This game is one of the best third-person action-adventure video game I have ever had the pleasure of playing. This game has one of the most freedom of motion, and a range of actions that the character has is just pure enjoyment. You can do whatever you want, climb walls, jump from roof to roof, drop down on enemies, fight with your fists or do amazing versatile tricks with your sword, throwing knives, and much more. This game is one of the best, one of the most innovative third-person action game you have ever stumble upon. The plot and storyline might be a bit confusing at first, and even though the base of the game is fictional, the actual missions take place at a historical age. If you enjoy a game that doesn’t limit you, and is full of action scenes and let you choose how to progress during the main plot and missions, so you could plan your own way of moving along the main path, this is definitely the game for you. The game is so real, you just feel the range of motion, and graphics and the way the crowd acts simulate real-life so accurately that you will feel you really are at that era in time.
